Simon is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with over two decades of managing human resources and operations functions in private and global development sector. This experience has given him invaluable skills and insight in strategic HR and governance opportunities and challenges in diverse sectors, organizations and cultures in different geographies in Africa.
Currently he is sharing this experience as Managing Consultant at TM Consulting where he addresses client’s unique needs in areas of the organizational design and development, strategic HR, governance and human resources capacity building.

He has carried out assignments in Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Malawi, Nigeria and several African countries in areas of corporate governance, human resources and operations audits for statutory compliance and organizational effectiveness.
His is an astute trainer and leadership and career coach who supports his clients and teams achieve their highest potential. He enjoys being part of, as well as leading and inspiring a successful and productive teams. He is analytical in thought, excellent communicator and has good interpersonal skills.
Simon has over 25 year experience in HR and administration. He has worked for several companies and international organizations.
