Simon is skilled in leading organizational change initiatives through organizational redesign, Alignment of HR strategies to organizational direction, human resources response to organizational changes. He has carried out assignments in Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Malawi, Nigeria and several African countries in areas of corporate governance, human resources and operations audits for statutory compliance and organizational effectiveness.

Simon holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Human Resource and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from University of Nairobi, Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Institute of HR
Management of Kenya and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries and Institute of Directors (Kenya). He has competencies in:
